If you’re new to Fastaff Travel Nursing and want to receive the latest job opportunities directly in your inbox, take the first step by creating a profile with us or contacting us.

Our database for allied assignments is expanding continuously. To ensure you stay informed, we strongly advise creating an account with us to receive email and text notifications. By doing so, you’ll be among the first to be notified when we have an assignment in your specialized field.

To qualify, you should have a minimum of two years of experience in your specific specialty, including at least one year of recent acute-care experience that aligns with your specialty. Additionally, you will be required to furnish written references and provide documentation of your certifications and other relevant qualifications.

In addition to the flexibility of choosing when and where you work, we proudly provide our nurses with an exceptional benefits package. Just like our competitive pay scale, our benefits package is among the finest in the industry. It encompasses medical, dental, and vision plans, a 401(k) retirement plan, access to free educational opportunities, licensing reimbursement, and a valuable perks program.

Normally, a job assignment spans from 4 to 13 weeks, and you might receive an offer to extend it if the situation calls for it. While some of our nurses have chosen to remain on assignment at a specific hospital for over a year, there’s never any expectation or obligation for you to do so. At Fastaff Travel Nursing, we recognize the importance of flexible scheduling for our nurses and respect their autonomy to decide whether to extend or not, based on their personal requirements and lifestyle. Rest assured, there is never any pressure from our end.

The choice is yours. Whether you relish the thrill of flying to new destinations with short notice or prefer a more relaxed preparation period, we can cater to your preferences. With Fastaff Travel Nursing offering hundreds of job openings at any given time, we have the flexibility to meet the unique needs and preferences of nearly every nurse.

We offer assignments in various locations throughout the United States. To access the most current information regarding our job postings, please visit our Job Postings page. Certainly! We provide unlimited referral bonuses. When you refer a nurse who is not currently in our database and they successfully complete a Fastaff Travel Nursing assignment, you can earn a referral bonus of up to $1,000 for RNs and $500 for Allied Professionals.

Travel arrangements before and after completing an assignment are always on us. We not only cover the expenses but also handle all the logistics for you. Your only task is to pack and fly. Furthermore, we offer complimentary housing during your assignment in addition to your hourly pay.

We provide accommodations in a comfortable hotel, inn, or apartment located near your assignment. If you have specific preferences or requirements for lodging, please let us know your preferences, and we will make every effort to accommodate your needs.

In many instances, yes. To determine if this option is available for the assignment you are considering, please discuss it with your recruiter.

Fastaff Travel Nursing assignments come with guaranteed hours, typically ranging from 36 to 60 hours per week, depending on the assigned facility. Any hours worked beyond 40 qualify for additional income through overtime pay. In California, overtime applies to any hours worked over 8 per day. Importantly, even if your facility doesn’t schedule the required hours or cancels your shift, Fastaff Travel Nursing will compensate you for the guaranteed hours as long as you were available to work.

Of course! We offer travel nursing positions in a wide range of specialty areas. Additionally, our allied professionals may have the chance to float to hospital departments other than their initial assignment, providing them with the opportunity to acquire experience in different areas if they desire.

Our healthcare professionals are employed by us, which means we manage and cover all your employment taxes, health insurance, and Worker’s Compensation, allowing you to concentrate on delivering the best care possible. You have the option to enroll in any of the benefits we provide, such as health insurance, 401(K), and dental insurance. The start dates for these benefits may differ, so please consult your recruiter for specific details.

If you are personally covering your accommodation costs through a housing allowance, you are generally allowed to bring your pet as long as your landlord has no objections. In situations where Fastaff Travel Nursing is arranging your accommodation, pets may be considered in specific cases. For more information on this policy, please have a discussion with your recruiter.
